Company Policy – Hochwertige Shop
1. Order Processing & Execution Terms
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
Customers will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Hochwertige Shop reserves the right to cancel or delay any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Customers must notify our support team via email or contact form before initiating a return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
3. Claim Policy (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items)
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers should provide clear photos/videos showing the issue along with the order number.
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for claim or replacement.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled but may qualify for return after delivery under the above policy.
5. Refund Terms
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or wrong item delivery.
