Company Policy – Hochwertige Shop

1. Order Processing & Execution Terms

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

  • Customers will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

  • Hochwertige Shop reserves the right to cancel or delay any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customers must notify our support team via email or contact form before initiating a return or exchange.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement or store credit will be issued.


3. Claim Policy (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items)

  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers should provide clear photos/videos showing the issue along with the order number.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for claim or replacement.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled but may qualify for return after delivery under the above policy.


5. Refund Terms

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or wrong item delivery.
